The Nissan Armada is the company’s flagship full-size, body-on-frame, three-row SUV. The Japanese company is discontinuing production of the Titan full-size pickup after 2024, but according to a report from the Nissan Model website, the 2025 Nissan Armada suggests that it will feature a new model with Nissan apparently showing off the new Armada to its dealers, and we might see the new vehicle soon.

Nissan senior vice president Ivan Espinosa spoke with CarExpert Australia at the Japan Mobility Show 2023. He pointed out that the new Armada is based on Toyota’s J300 Land Cruiser, which is offered in America as the Lexus LX 600. Espinosa said the new SUV is “much better than Land Cruiser”.

The 2025 Nissan Armada will replace its V8 with a turbo V6.

The new fleet, like the Sequoia, will replace its 5.6-liter V8 with a third-generation engine. According to Automotive News, Nissan will replace the Armada’s 400-horsepower engine with a more powerful and efficient twin-turbocharged V6. The engine will be mated to a new nine-speed automatic transmission.

The 2025 fleet will be more modern, stylish and technologically advanced.
A Nissan salesman described the new Armada as “Range Rover-like.” The dealer has a vested interest in creating excitement for the new Fleet. However, even if it doesn’t reach the level of one of America’s best-selling SUVs, we might expect significant aesthetic improvements.

Automotive News reports that the new Armada will be larger and more durable, with redesigned headlights and taillights. According to the source, the Armada will have updated interior finishing and a larger screen. We think the Armada inside also gets a more modern and square look. Espinosa told Car Expert that infotainment will be a “huge change.”
